• Avoid oil-based products around your eyes such as moisturizers, cleansers, face masks, etc. Oil will break down the adhesive bond.

• Avoid sleeping on your face as this can cause friction on your lashes. Silk pillowcases help prevent damage to your lash extensions! Pick one up from our retail area!

• Do not pick or excessively touch your lashes. The more you pick and pull, the faster they will fall out.

• Do not use an eyelash curler.

• Do not use mascara on your extensions EVER!

• Avoid getting close to oven heat while cooking or getting close to any sort of open flame.

• Brush your lashes daily with the lash brush we provide for you after your service.

• CAREFULLY clean your lashes daily with oil free cleanser and water to remove any oil or makeup. You can pick up a cleaser made specifically for your extensions in our retail area!

• Remember to book fills every 2-3 weeks to keep lashes looking beautiful!

A single natural lash has a life cycle of 3-4 weeks, and the lash extension will stay on until the eyelash sheds itself naturally. The average person loses 3-5 lashes each day. Everyone’s hair growth is different, but fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh. Aftercare plays a huge role in getting the most out of your lash extensions!

We recommed coming every 2-3 weeks for fills. During a fill, outgrown extensions are removed and replaced with fresh extensions. You should have at least 50% of your extensions remaining when you arrive for your fill; having less than 50% will result in an upcharge.

If extensions are applied correctly by a trained professional, and aftercare protocols are followed, your natural lashes will remain healthy! We also retail an extension safe lash serum to keep those natural lashes healthy and strong!

About 2-3 hours. I can’t tell you how many first time clients say, “there’s no way I could lay there that long!” Then at the end of the service they say it flew by! Our friendly lash artists will make you feel completely relaxed. If you want to chit chat throughout the service, we love to talk! If you want to relax, feel free to take a lash nap! This is YOUR time!

You should arrive to your appointment with absolutely no eye makeup and clean lashes. Make sure to use the restroom beforehand and check your phone becuase you won’t be able to open your eyes once the service begins. It is also recommended that you avoid caffeine before your appointment as this causes the eyelids to flutter. We use extremely sharp tools to apply the extensions so the less movement, the better!

You won’t need it! Mascara causes the adhesive to breakdown and can damage your natural lashes if not removed properly. Also, it just straight up looks bad and causes your extensions to stick together and look clumpy – not cute!
